About Luenell

Luenell is one of stand-up comedy's most electrifying forces — a bold, fearless comedienne whose raw honesty and explosive delivery have made her a fan favorite across the country. Born in Tollette, Arkansas, she honed her craft at the Oakland Ensemble Theatre before taking the comedy world by storm.

Best known for her breakthrough role as the "hooker with the heart of gold" in the blockbuster 2006 comedy Borat, Luenell has since appeared in Think Like a Man, Hotel Transylvania, Taken 2, and That's My Boy alongside Adam Sandler. Her two-year tour with Katt Williams on American Hustle built her a devoted, cult-like following.

On television, she has appeared on Snoop Dogg's Bad Girls of Comedy on Showtime, Stand-Up in Stilettos on TV Guide Network, The Middle, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Los Angeles Magazine named her one of the Top 25 Funniest People in LA — and audiences everywhere agree.

About the Venue

The Pittsburgh Improv is located in the heart of Pittsburgh's thriving Waterfront shopping district at 166 East Bridge Street in Homestead, PA. It is part of the nationally recognized Improv Comedy Club chain and one of the premier comedy venues in the Pittsburgh area.

The club features a classic comedy club layout with general admission seating, premium VIP booths, and an intimate atmosphere that puts you close to the action. The showroom has a two-item minimum purchase per guest, with a full food and beverage menu available throughout the show. VIP Premium Booths seat four and include a $200 food and beverage credit.

Parking is available in the Waterfront shopping complex. The venue is easily accessible from downtown Pittsburgh via the Homestead Grays Bridge. No cell phones, photography, or video recording are permitted during performances.
