About Comedian CP

Comedian CP (Chris Powell) is one of the most versatile and exciting comedians working today. He most recently served as a writer/producer and recurring character on How to Die Alone for Hulu/Onyx, starred in Season 2 of the Max anthology series Love Life, and is currently developing an animated series at Netflix called My Father's Son.

CP hosted the MTV2 series World Star TV and the HBOMax pilot Lights Out, starred in the CBS pilot History of Them, and recurred as "Ned" on the critically acclaimed Comedy Central series Detroiters. He has also performed on All Def Comedy (HBO) and recurred on Empire. Houston fans who have seen CP live consistently call him one of the funniest comedians they've ever seen — and one of today's top 3 comedians working.
