About Angelo Colina
Angelo Colina is a Venezuelan comedian who moved from Colombia to the United States in 2018 and quickly became one of the most exciting voices in Spanish-language stand-up comedy.
He launched his career at Wiseguys Comedy Club in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has since built a massive following performing entirely in Spanish across the United States. His comedy blends sharp cultural observations, immigrant experiences, and relatable everyday humor that resonates deeply with Latino audiences.
Angelo co-founded Español Please — featured at the New York Comedy Festival 2021 — and Gente Funny, the first all-Spanish comedy showcase in Washington, D.C. He headlined the New York Comedy Festival in 2023 and 2024, the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in Los Angeles in 2024, and the 312 Comedy Festival in Chicago.
