On Cinema Live! is the live touring version of the beloved cult comedy web series “On Cinema at the Cinema,” created by and starring Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington. The show is a brilliantly absurdist parody of movie review programs, featuring the two hosts as exaggerated versions of themselves — bumbling, self-important film critics with wildly divergent tastes and personalities.

Tim Heidecker, known for his work on “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” and “Tim & Eric’s Bedtime Stories,” plays a pompous, easily distracted host. Gregg Turkington, a veteran comedian and actor, plays the obsessive, VHS-collecting cinephile “Greg.” Together, they’ve created one of the most unique and dedicated cult followings in comedy.

The Certified “Five Bags of Popcorn” Tour brings their signature blend of deadpan humor, audience interaction, and variety show elements to stages across the country. Fans of the series and newcomers alike will find plenty to love in this one-of-a-kind live experience.
