About the Performer
Daniel Sloss is Scotland’s international comedy superstar and one of the most successful touring stand-up comedians on the planet. He has performed in 55 countries, sold out 9 consecutive off-Broadway seasons in New York, and broken multiple box office records worldwide. BITTER is his 13th solo show — and his biggest world tour yet.
Sloss is best known for his Netflix specials Jigsaw and DARK, and his HBO special X. His comedy is sharp, provocative, and deeply intelligent — the New York Times called it “dirty, sweet and clever.” He tackles relationships, mortality, and the human condition with a fearlessness that leaves audiences simultaneously shocked and in stitches.

The Carolina Theatre of Durham is a beautifully restored 1926 landmark in the heart of downtown Durham. Fletcher Hall seats approximately 1,000 guests and is known for its warm acoustics, classic proscenium stage, and intimate atmosphere that makes every seat feel close to the action.
The venue is surrounded by Durham’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. Parking is available on nearby streets and in downtown garages.
