Carlos Mencia is a comedian born in Honduras and raised in Los Angeles, best known for his Comedy Central series Mind of Mencia. He was named International Comedy Grand Champion from Buscando Estrellas and has appeared on In Living Color and The Arsenio Hall Show. His Comedy Central special No Strings Attached was the first Comedy Central Stand-up Special DVD to achieve Platinum sales status.
